Operators Course

Effective spill management requires adequate preparation and speed of response. Having the appropriate spill response products in place for rapid response is only part of the solution.

Training in the correct management and deployment of spill response assets is a vital component of any successful incident response plan.

Our spill awareness training courses are accredited by the BSIF (British Safety Industry Federation) and addresses the environmental, safety, and best practices when dealing with a hazardous spill.

Object of the Course

Provide operators with the awareness of safe handling of liquids, spill prevention and ability to safely respond to spills.

Prior to each course a review of the particular site is carried out to ensure the course is tailored to specific circumstances and anagement practices. The review includes:

• Liquids held on your site.
• Management practices
• Existing spill response plans and procedures
• Existing spill equipment
• Production of training manuals
• Identification of participants and their roles
