Drips and Spills from machinery are typically contained in bunds and drip pans. Drip pans are heavy and cumbersome and emptying them of the contained oil is messy. When operating plant and machinery on site drip pans fill with rainwater. This either renders them useless or results in expensive pumping and disposal of oily water.
